Ryanair to open its third route from Växjö Småland Airport.
Ryanair announced today the opening of a new route between Växjö Småland Airport and Gdansk in Poland. The inaugural flight is on the 26th of March and the route will be flown twice weekly on Thursdays and Sundays.
Växjö Småland Airport CEO Ulf Axelsson said:
“We are extremely happy to see Ryanair now add a 3rd destination from Växjö Småland Airport and this is no doubt a sign of the strong growth in our region. Gdansk and the surrounding areas are already today a popular destination for people from south-eastern Sweden and there are many companies that have considerable travel between our regions. We of course look forward to welcoming many new visitors from Poland to this corner of Sweden whether it be business, holidays or visiting friends and relatives.”
Ryanair’s Arune Jaraite said:
“Ryanair is pleased to announce a new twice weekly Växjö Småland summer service to Gdansk starting from March, which is now on sale on the Ryanair.com website.

To celebrate our new route we are releasing seats from Växjö Småland to Gdansk from just SEK 189 for travel from between March and May, which are available for booking until midnight Tuesday (20 Sep).
